Why iStupid?

We live in a day n’ age where the average person is connected to a massive store of information, via the Internet. While the Internet can be utilized for good, it can also be used to misinform and misdirect the general populace, leading to the inevitable loss of freedom and choice so many of us hold so dear.

iStupid is satire based on the iMac, iPod, iPhone or rather the people utilizing such technology. It is the epitome of consumer based technology, designed and marketed as tech savvy solutions though in reality everything has been Nerfed. The Corners are rounded, the Interface is minimal and choices are few.

To sum it up, the iStupid are in majority the people who make up the iPod user base. They have enough intelligence to turn on the device, and listen to music and watch videos, but beyond that they know nothing of what makes the device function. These are the same people voting and expressing their opinions in the world today. Not surprisingly, these people have more or less the same understanding of the issues they so vehemently support, and as they continue to make uninformed decisions based on if the corners were rounded or not, they give away the freedoms that our forefathers worked so hard to attain.
